Hi Everyone,
I had an experience I will never forget on Friday of last week. Kim Smiley was having a “surprise” 
birthday party at County Line BBQ. All of her friends gathered at 7:30 pm to surprise her when she arrived with her fiancee, Doug Brown. Unbeknownest to everyone there, the surprise was really on them. I had been meeting with Kim and Doug for some time preparing for their wedding, but nobody knew when it would take place. They had told everyone they were going to Las Vegas to get married.
At 8 pm I walked through the door and said, “Is this where the wedding is taking place?” Everyone looked at me like I was nuts. I said, “Are we having a wedding here tonight?” Kim stood up and said, “I know you all came here to surprise me, but the real surprise is that Doug and I are getting married tonight!” How cool is that!
We all moved into the next room where everything was prepared and Kim and Doug exchanged their vows. It was a night I will always remember. Thanks Kim and Doug for allowing me to be a part of your wedding.
