It was a great day at BCC! I want to thank all of you who were with us this morning. I also want to praise God for giving us the opportunity of sharing in the baptism of Birdie Hall and welcoming Doug and Kathy Hall to BCC! What a day!
There are some more great days in store for us in the weeks to come. I want to share them with you so that you can put them in your calendar. Here we go.

Sunday, February 1—“Super Bowl Sub Sunday!” The youth are selling the biggest sub sandwiches you’ve ever seen in your life to help raise money for their upcoming ski trip to Colorado during Spring Break. You can order your subs on Sunday.
Friday, Feb.6 from 6-9 pm and Saturday, Feb. 7 from 9 am until Noon—“The Road to Healing a Broken Heart” Grief Conference with Dr. Harold Ivan Smith. This conference is for those who want to gain some tools in helping their friends deal with grief and for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one or friend.
Sunday, February 15—“Spaghetti Luncheon and Auction.” The final ski trip fund raiser of the season. We will serve a delicious spaghetti lunch for everyone. We will also have a silent auction. Items include an autographed OU football helmet by Adrian Peterson, Reggie Smith’s San Francisco 49er’s autographed jersey, a Chicago Bears jersey autographed by Tommy Harris, Wes Welker’s New England Patriot’s jersey autographed, and an NFL football autographed by Tommy Harris.
Lots of big days are coming for us in the next few weeks at BCC. I hope you will put all of these events on your calendar and invite your friends.
